Changing domain, Does it usually take this long?

I changed my domain name here in my control panel and changed the name servers at verio.
I was wondering how long it usually takes to update the changes? I made the changes last Friday.

My cpanel now displays: Hosting Domain Modification

A change to your hosting account's primary domain.

I just want to make sure I didn't do something wrong.
