changing my account name?

Hi, I am currently on the static plan, and my website is greenear.x10hosting.com

I want to remain on the static plan, but change my website's name to alex.x10hosting.com

1) Is that taken?
2) How do I do that?

1) No. Go to alex.x10hosting.com. Does not work.

I cant get it to work

I clikc the link, which brings me to a message saying: "There is no cPanel account linked with this forum account. Please link it by going here."

I enter my cpanel username, greenear

and I get this message: "Please check the E-mail registered with your cPanel account for further instructions"

but where do i recieve the email? my hotmail email or what?

I set my email address for the contact, but it still isnt working

As said above PM or post your e-mail so we can update the contact e-mail manually. Then try again when we post that we've set it.

I read somewheres that it can take up to 2 days before it will work. Not sure if it is true or not
