Changing my Cpanel login info

Is there a way to change both the login name and password for my Cpanel, and my main FTP account?

Yes.
-To change the cPanel name go here:
http://forums.x10hosting.com/account.php?action=modify
-To change the cPanel password log into the cPanel. Then in "Site Management Tools" click "Change password" and there you have it

Though therein lies another problem. My Cpanel still won't link after all this time. I've tried at least a dozen times. Now I don't even get a conformation email.
