Hi!

I changed my subdomain from "cybercraft.exofire.net" to "cyber.exofire.net" around 2 hours ago

For some reason, I can see my files in the file manager, but when i visit something like "cyber.exofire.net/index.php", it gives me a 404 Error

Is this something that always happens for a while when you change a subdomain, or is it just my account?

And if the server needs to update itself, how long will it take for my stuff to show?

Thanks :D

I see your problem - I can view your site cyber.exofire.net just fine, but also get the 404 error with the index.php file. Double check that this file is in the correct place - it should be in the public_html folder. Also, can you load any other files on your site?

thanks for the quick reply

without the index.php it gives me a page saying:

"Welcome to your new x10Hosting.com hosting account. You may replace this index.html with your new website. Please remember the best way to receieve support is through the x10Hosting Forums."

etc...
Edit:

And your site worked fine before the subdomain switch? Also, have you changed anything at all other than the subdomain? There is the possibility that something went wrong with the server when it was changed - for example the DNS records not completely updating.
