i've tried altering my primary domainname and the process is on hold for like 3 hours now, is this normal? Can you speed up the process? Or else just abort the process and let me keep the old domain name... I can't go on with my site as long as this action isn't processed... thanx a lot

Hello,

The queue is on hold at the moment while upgrades proceed. That's why it's taking so long. Unfortunately, I have no way to remove the request now, but you should be able to use the old name normally until it is processed.
