Hi,

Just a quickie:

In your TOS, it clearly outlines that chatbox scripts are strictly prohibited due to the amout of MySql queries they take.
Does this exclude a javascript chatbox hosted somewhere else? e.g. InstantChatBox.net?

No, you are allowed to use a remote chat script, as long as there is only the one "embed" file on your account. The rest must be remote.
