Chat Install Problem. Need Help

I installed chat from cPanel.
phpmychat v0.14.5

It installed but its not working properly.
When I enter username and password its not proceeding to the next step.
I cant even register a new user in the chat.

How to proceed?

My php setting is in "Intermediate" is that OK??

For me the chat isn't loading. I cannot access ADMIN page also... Not Logging IN
