Quality and targeted keyword traffic is the most important and only trafficpaid web traffic that will ever work. Not random untargerted ads that get displayed in front of users that are not even looking for your product. For example a person is looking for car sales and they get some kind of annoying pop up/banner or ad come up about your web site selling toe nail clippers. What a joke....
If you want Quality web traffic being view by people are specifically looking for a product or service that you supply the following tactics are the only thing that will ever work. And it costs money. And im talking real money.
GOOGLE ADWORDS
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
High organic search engine results in Google. (Page 1 or 2)
Inbound links from other web sites to your site / Web site back links.
This is the only way.
Anything else are you really are getting ripped off waisting your time and burning your money.
How could anyone say that they will sent 10,000 people to your web site for $20 bucks or so.
If that was a fact and that really worked you would be a millionaire over night.
Most of the web traffic is fake, the adverts are getting stopped by mondern day popup blockers and if the people do see your link, advert, annoying popup or banner they are not even interested in your web site because they are not actually searching for your products or service.
Can you remember the last time you got one of these annoying adverts and thought WOW IM GOING TO BUY THAT..........Well have you......The answer is never.
If anyone trys to offer you or advertise cheap web traffic or advertising if it is not listed in the example I have given then its not worth it and a rip off or total waste of time.

What is so exciting about seing your web site counter spin over when no one has actually been to your web site and spent 3 seconds on it.....
I would rather have 100 Quality Visitors to my web site using the examples I have show at a cost of $500 then pay $20 for 10,000 visitors who dont stay i your site for 3 seconds.
