I just got finished setting up SHOUTcast on a dial-up server.
I just wanted some people to test it out for me.
I have it set to a maximum user of one and the music is encoded at 24KB
I would like someone to just tell me if it works.
I will only have it up for about the next 30 minutes so please visit quickly.
Just visit63.25.105.67:8000and tell me what song is playing
I would appreciate a screenshot, too

SERVER: DOWN

Dunno the actual name, but it sounded like it was "I want to be a rockstar"
Except for minor rebuffs, it played pretty well.

Problem with 24kbs up is it sounds like a record player playing over telephone.

The higher the upstream rate the better the sound quality. For example. Most people can listen to a stream at 128kbs @ 44.1hz. I currently am running 192kbs up at 44.1.

Only I can't play it at any bitrate higher than 24KB because I have dial-up :(
Edit:
I will edit the first post to say whether the radio is up or not
