chinese mobile phone--what are legal issues

hi there i have an question about Chinese mobile phone,i want to know waht are the legal issues with these mobile and why some government say that do not buy these and how to keep working my phone coz its about to ban in my country because there is no imei
if i am in wrong place please correct me i posted here coz i think its a technology related issue

Try searching the Web. You may want to try the Department of Justice web site if you live in the U.S.A. If not, you probably could do the same for your own country. Because of treaties, agreements and import/export laws for various countries that varies may determine more of an accurate answer. You got a tough question; good luck...

If it's not something involving the unlocking of phones or cases with trade agreements, it could also be an issue with possible interference that it may cause inside of the country. Now knowing better, I'm sure that is not the cause, but it's always a possibility should it not comply with wireless communications laws.
