chopin server account + parked domains not working

Dear Sir,
My account user name is hosthost and parked domains on my account are not working.
Moreover,I cannot add a new database and all databases are showing 0/10 used.
Can you please help me get this account set up and working.
I know you are really busy but ..for long,all my websites are stopped.Please give me some time and help me sir.

Please look at the following as this may help

That is to do with addon domains. However it is relatively the same for Parked domains.

If the parked domains are showing they are configured but are not showing up when you type them in. You can try to delete and recreate them, but it might not work. As is, however, Moderators and Admins know of this situation and are working diligently to fix it.
