Chopin server extremely slow !!!

Today, ive been trying to make some posts / get some widgets on my wordpress blog hosted on the chopin server...

what happened? EXTREME SUPER SLOWNESS!!! YESTERDAY WAS wayyy faster! WTF ?

Im really pissed cuz + that, i get "suspended" cuz it says heavy CPU usage ..... why heavy usage when i can barely get into my /wp-admin/ and make some changes...

seriously! need help!

You might want to check your addons and plugins. Some of them, such as caching plugins, cause high resource usage suspensions.
