Chopin SO SLOOOOW - Fix?

I am using phpbb and I just made my website... I must tell you that it is SO SLOW! I have to wait 3 minutes for a page to load, even in the control panel! Many other users have said that Chopin is slow! Is there going to be a fix to this or a server transfer?

Sometimes FTP doesn't even connect... >.>
