chopin very slow

Hello,

Ive recently started re-using your services and would like to know if the server speeds experienced in cPanel on the chopin server are normal, or if they running abnormally slow. Ive been trying to install osCommerce via Softaculous and its taken upwards of 45 mins, and still not completed.

Please advise as soon as possible.

I have alerted the admins to this issue, as i can see it across multiple accounts on chopin. I can't offer a timeframe for its fix though.
