Must have :

PMs / IM ability
Arcade ( Which allows for posting high scores )
RSS news feeds
Profiles ( With photos )
Photo Gallery
Able to link to a message forum ( Also would need help installing / customizing forum - Probably SMF )
Banner Rotation / Ad Script
Good Theme to go with guild graphics.

Drupal appears to be the best solution for you. I have been using it for about 18 months on three different domains and have never been disappointed. Let me know if you need some help in setting your site up using drupal.
