Clean up my acount

Hi !!!, I'am looking for how can i clean up my account, i'm having problems with some directories which it's not posible to remove, the system says that it has protection and if I want to upload new files it's nos posible

There is no way we can reset or clean a Account.We can only terminate your account,so that you can signup and start from scratch.
