Is there any way to wipe my File System and rebuild it so I have a fresh start with all needed files included in the correct places?
My DirectAdmin File System has 2 public_html folders, and some files are missing - for example, I had to create an .htaccess file. I'm also seeing some extremely severe caching issues on my pages.
I've backed up all my files and removed all but my index page so anything still there can be removed.
