Client Uploading

I just wanted to check before I get myself suspended:
is it illegal on x10 to have a member uploading system, for the site's benefit?
because I want to be able to let my members upload their yoyo videos to my website,

I know it is illegal to have a file hosting where the files are not used by the site

Also these videos are moderated before they go live, so this prevents from obscene/un-related videos and saves space.

I think you can allow them to upload the videos as long as you remove those that won't be userd any further from the servers.

but there is only lomited space for your videos i think.
Its 300 mb for add-free account.

I am on ad-enhanced so I have space, if I run out of space..well guess it will be time for me to be moving onto paid

Here is the thing to remember. We frown upon copyrighted material as it can get us into situations we would rather not be in. So as long as the videos are not copyrighted then there should be no problem.
