I have moved to another hosting service. I have been facing a lot of trouble getting the FTP to work on x10hosting and also there is a lot of downtime and several load errors on the CP.

I believe the free accounts do not get a priority which is understandable.

The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.
