First of all i wanna take the time and thank for gr8 service.
BUT!
I recently got my account suspended due to new rules about loggin on to Cpanel once during 14 days. I was away havn't read up the rules, but nvm that, i got my account reopened again and yet the day after it was closed down again??!
I turned to the new service LiveHelp (which I may add works like a charm!! Thumbs up for that
) and was told that my account was gone and nowhere to be found!??! soooo... i had to make a brandnew account etc. etc. and all works fine now. But.... I think it would be a nice help and not so difficult to send off a standard PM to people here on the board when something is happing to their account and with a short sentence y. And if people wants to go deeper they can get a hold on a staffmember and ask what and when. I see many people complaining due to suspended accounts because they dont know y, and must wait and wait for response.
I know u have the announcement sticky but I think it will be less frustrating to ur 'customers' and for the staff members if we got somekind of announcement due to suspension of accounts instead of heading right of and blaiming the staff shi* up and down for the suspension.
Just an idea.
