CloudFlare in x03.x10hosting.com CPanel Failed to Activate

To whom it may concern,
When I go into my CPanel, and I go into the CloudFlare section, and I type in my CloudFlare email address, and click on "Sign up now!", nothing happens. If anyone could provide some advice, it'd be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
