CloudLinux Manager is not available - when attempting to access the "Select PHP version" panel

While in the DI control panel, an attempt to access the "Select PHP version" panel results in the following message:

CloudLinux Manager is not available. Please, contact your hoster

I just noticed this, the day of this posting.
