I've changed my DNS to NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM but I can only access my website if I type "www" before I enter the rest of my address. Otherwise, it forwards to information.com, which I believe is due to an affiliation with my registrar (Moniker). Is this a CNAME issue? If so, is it possible to change the record so that I can type my domain without "www" in front, in order to get to the same destination?

Thank you,
Jason

P.S. If this is possible, I'm not sure what information you need from me.

The problem is that you set your primary domain with the "WWW.". When you set a domain for your hosting account you need to put it without the "www.".
I've fixed this for your account and it works correctly now.
You may need to clear your cache and temporary files, and make a flush of your DNS to be able to reach your website.

Now I recieve the error "Too many redirects. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page."

Any idea what the issue is?
Edit:
Figured it out.

As it seems solved I'll close the thread. Feel free to re-open it if you need further assistance.
