CNAME Request Change

I have my own domain, but cant seem to change the CNAMEs myself. I searched here and seen a few posts with admins doing it. Is it possible to do this for me even if im not using an x10 subdomain?

Domain - www.Lovelit.co.cc

CNAMES required,

1)
value/alias - mail
CNAME destination - ghs.google.com

2)
Value/alias - sites
CNAME destination - ghs.google.com

3)
Value/alias - Docs
CNAME destination - ghs.google.com
