CNAME Value/Destination

My domain DNS is managed by a third party and I've created a subdomain, but now do I have to point CNAME to any specific x10Hosting server or just to my domain...

It appears your on stoli, So, lets do this.. Say you own test.com, and wanted site.test.com to point to your x10 site, go in and add an "A" record, for 'site' pointing to the IP of the server your on, since your on stoli, the IP will be 74.86.116.188. Once this is done, go into cPanel, go to addon domains, and add the complete domain name, i.e. site.test.com.

I will go ahead and do according to what you have told me, but I just have one more question. The IP that you have mentioned is 74.86.116.188 but my cPanel shows 74.86.133.219, and so which is the right one

You can use either IP.
They both belong to Stoli.
