Hello, I made a subdomain called mail.bessfamilysite.com and I need to change to Cname records to ghs.google.com because i'm using google apps :biggrin:

Cname is used with google apps, it's kinda like mx but different I think

Moved to Level Two. Soon an Admin will edit your Zone for adding your CNAME record.

Oh, and I have another problem :dunno:
I can't get Cpanel to work, and nothing I made can connect to any of my dbs

If you want to edit your Zone by yourself,

Use a free DNS Hosting Service, Like ZoneEdit.

Or

Buy Managed DNS Hosting from your favorite service provider.

Yeah, but how do you point your DNS somewhere else?

You can buy Managed DNS Hosting and point your domain to the Service Provider's NameServers. Add A Record for *.yourdomain.<ext> pointing to 74.86.116.190 (Server IP in which your account resides).
