I've played it and I think it's pretty good, wish I could say the same for the acting but meh, can't have it all in a game! The best campaign is the NOD compaign, much more fun being evil than good hehe. Plus you have that guy from lost working with ya!

The gameplay is pretty good I think, although unless you're using hard mode the levels aren't that hard to complete compared to previous C&C games.

I consider C&C3 TW to be a pretty good update of C&C RA2, although thats an old title, ive played about a good solid 1hr of this game just to see what it holds, and its rather impressive, good in my books

It was great that they put Joe Kucan in. It wouldn't have been the same without him. Sadly, the plot was cut down a bit, and they tried to make GDI more USAish and NOD more suicide-terrorist.
I've only played the demo so far, but the gameplay was good. Graphics were nice too, even on pretty low quality hardware.

I will certainly buy it and enjoy it.

The campaigns are longer than the previous C&C games. I like the GDI unit and campaigns better.
