My co.cc domain has been disabled, and the co.cc website says this:

https://www.co.cc/what_is_blocked/what_is.php?dn=eHhXeld6em9q&rn[]=U1VLUFpDSUZrSg==

which is linked to from icons next to the nameservers:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

The nameservers are reported to have a 'TTL' value (assuming it means time-to-live) of '1 H' (assuming it means 1 hour) - I don't know if that has anything to do with it, though, or what value this should have; 1h just seems high.

These topics are probably the same thing:

http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/176726-website-not-responding.html

but I can't reply to them for some reason.

This is an issue with co.cc, you will need to take it up with them. People who are not support staff aren't able to reply to other people's support tickets, which is why you can't reply to those.
