i changed my man domain name to pedrowelser.co.cc but whenever i visit the site is says that its available. i then registered it using www.co.cc but its still not doing anything

You have url forwarding set up for your domain instead of the name servers. You should set the nameservers there as:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
