Listen, you guys need to realize how overwhelming the work is.
Okay we don't have a huge staff.
Now lets see here.
Lets take a staff of 5 people (usualy the number of staff on in an hour) and spilt them up with 7,000 accounts to restore. Please be patient, we're fixing the server and once we're done, our servers will act normal, if not superior to others. Yes, they may be slow, but please realize there is a boat load going on right now. When you take 1,000 people complaining to you, and then add up the work together, it gets overwhelming. Yes, I understand the situation with your forum. We're doing our best.
The work is overwhelming. Please try to be patient.
EDIT: After reading DarkD45's post I must say I totaly agree. Now come on guys, this is someone thats being very generous and giving out great hosting. Right now he's improving it, but you have to deal with a couple bumps. Afterwards, X10hosting will be better. Yes, we're moving accounts so its going to make the servers slow. Yes, some of your sites are down since they need to be restored. But keep in mind your not the only one in the world. We're also dealing with thousands of other people.
