Common Login failure issues on x10hosting

My account was working perfectly. All of a sudden my logins failed. I cannot access control panel and account management section. I read many posts and found the same issue for many users. I changed password through forum but it did not work. I did not face any such issue on any other host. I do not want to leave x10hosting since it provides latest c-panel. Please help! :biggrin: Thanks for your support. Yes it is matter of security so only staff should know details. With the help of staff I resolved my issues. I also faced IP blocking problem. I do not know why my login details changed or suspended in the first place despite the fact that I keeps enterprise level security. However, X10hosting is slightly different. It provided three places of login with no unique c-panel URL. It looks good for even better security but different from other hosts. Secondly, password change takes time.
