Completely delete my files

All of my files (except .htaccess and .ftpquota) need to be deleted. However, I can't. My cPanel gives me errors or places them back, however, everything must be deleted due to plans to recreate the site. are there any tools or staff for that?

Did you tried to delete using the "Legacy File Manager" in cpanel.

I've tried using the File Manager, Legacy File Manager, and Disk Space Usage. All same problem. I can't Copy Paste the error because it's 2868 characters too long.

KK all set, only left the .htaccess.

The issue appears to have been permissions; it was set to Owner Read/Execute, everyone else just execute - no one had write perms which was messing a lot up. Got them cleared up though; doublecheck me and make sure it's all nuked back to an (almost) empty public_html though
