Complex account problem

Hello,

My aacount username is chkaiban.

When I first singed up I used the domain http://px.exofire.net/ then I changed it to http://chkaiban.x10hosting.com after that I noticed that I can have my own domain name so I registered http://[URL="http://www.chkaiban.com"]www.chkaiban.com[/URL] and changed the A name at godaddy.com to the shared IP which I found under server status.

The problem is if I try my domain it says page can not be displayed and if I try the ip/chkaiban it says 404 Not Found.

Thank you for the info but this issue does not apply to my problem since I only changed my A Host at GODADDY (67.228.161.43) while my DNS still points to godaddy. More over I can not access my acount using http://IP/username

You should point your domain (A Record) to: 67.228.167.204.
I also noticed your domain was not changed correctly. When you change your domain at your AMP you should do it without the "www.". I've fixed this.

So you just need to fix the IP to which your A record is pointing.

Thank you for the info, I applied the new IP now I'll just wait for it to become active

I have made the changes requested but I still can not access my site using neither the domain name nor the IP followed by username. http://67.228.167.204/chkaiban/

I also can not access my cpanel using the IP http://67.228.167.204:2082 it gives login failed

I am attaching a print screen of the godaddy domain settings

You won't be able to access your website by: http://67.228.167.204/chkaiban/ or http://67.228.167.204/~chkaiban/. This has been disabled a while ago.

IP 67.228.167.204 is a secondary IP address, which is used for accounts in server "Vox".
IP 67.228.161.43 is the primary IP for "Vox". You should use this one to login to cPanel. http://67.228.161.43:2082/

I've checked again and couldn't find anything wrong with your account. Contact your doamin provider and ask them if you're configuring the A entry correctly.

I'll move this to "Level Two Support".
