When it freezes, do you have any control over the system? Such as, can you move the mouse/does ctrl alt delete do anything? Or is the freeze only fixed by a hard reboot? Also, do you notice any certain circumstances when this happens (such as lots of programs, no programs, resource-hogging programs open), or does this just happen at random times with different amounts of programs open?

Seeing as how your graphics are integrated, the video card uses your computer's RAM. How much RAM do you have? Take that amount and subtract the amount of RAM the video card uses; that will give you the amount of RAM remaining for your computer. Video card RAM usage is not variable, it is static. The only way to control how much RAM your video card uses from your PC is going into the BIOS and changing the default amount.

From what it sounds like, the graphics card is hogging all the RAM and the remaining RAM for the computer itself is not enough to run all those programs. Have you tried disabling SpySweeper while playing? IMO, Webroot is terrible when it comes to memory hogging.. just use Windows Defender.. simple and effective with live scanning.

Ok well if you have ctrl alt delete ability you can be sure this isn't a heat-related issue, or for that matter a graphics card issue. If it was, you wouldn't have control over anything and would be forced to do a hard reboot. My suggestion is along the lines of memory, CPU, spyware, virus, etc. And make sure you don't have Norton, that can cause it alot of times. I would recommend AVG.

If you read the interview with the Norton software makers, you would know that every subsequent version of Norton is the exact same as it's predecessor, but with more and more 'junk' added to the UI. The only actual new version of Norton is Norton 360. Norton 360 was built from SCRATCH. (Too bad Vista wasn't built from scratch, eh?)

So essentially, prior to Norton 360 many Norton products work but use up way too much memory. That's why people use AVG. However, once Norton 360 comes out, the market share will probably shift since Norton also has built in antispyware too I believe.

Might as well wait until it expires, seeing as how you purchased it already. I don't even see how people get viruses/spyware.. you'd have to be a really noobish internet user to get them..

Yeah of course compressed air is going to be cold when it comes out; if I'm correct it's known as the Joule-Thompson effect. Basically, any pressurized gas that comes out of a tiny orifice will cool. The only exception is hydrogen.. when that stuff leaks under pressure, it will auto ignite. Can't wait to see hydrogen car accidents.. ka-boom!

See that's the risk you take whenever you do something to your computer...
Alright let's see, the first thing you should check is making sure you didn't accidentally pull the plug on something when you were cleaning it. Also, make sure the switch on your PSU is turned on, I can't tell you how many people have turned it off and then forgot it was off.

Also, you might want to be a bit clearer about "not starting up," does that mean not power on or not boot into Windows?

Quick thing to check too, make sure you didn't accidentally knock out the SATA/IDE cable on your HD. I spent a good 4 hours debugging that, only to find that the NEON GREEN SATA CABLE was lieing on the BOTTOM of the case, and for 4 hours I never noticed it :S
