hm does anyone have any cool desktop themes that arent bulky, look cool, and wont require software like stylexp to use?

because im getting bored of the default windows xp silver color
(im fine with the boot screens etc)

you can try desktopX from download.com ti has ALOT of nice features.

ive been searching but i havent found one
yes silver would look even nicer since my original xp theme was silver.. but it just got boring

I think Royale is the Windows Media Centre Edition theme. Anyway, there are four versions of it in the Longhorn Transformation Pack (google it, I think 10 is the latest version). You have to install it in safe mode as it modifies some system files. It basically gives you loads of new looks and makes XP look like the new Windows version.

The four versions or Royale that come in the pack are the default blue one, the default blue one with a thin taskbar (looks cool), graphite, and graphite with the thin taskbar.

Here is what graphite looks like...

It's not silver, but it's the next best thing.
