About the Ads.

Do I need to place the code in my Index.html or where ?
When I did that nothing happened and the web page is still clean though I've chosen the corporate plan.

Also can I have some of my personal files in my account.
I don't intend to use them for sharing and I have already started to make my site but can I keep the besides the site?
Thank you.

The TOS states that the Ads must be visible on every page without having to scroll to see them.

So, if you are using static html pages, then the code must be inserted into every page.

If you are using frame pages where the index.html is visible always and the other pages load into a "body" frame, then you can get away with just putting it into the index.html.

As for the ads not appearing, make sure the code is inserted somewhere in between the <BODY></BODY> tags.

Also disable any ad blocking software / and or view the source in your browser.

I don't see why you couldn't host personal files for your own use. But I'll leave the definitive answer to the site staff.

Also, The my last post may be a little misleading. The requirement for the ads to be viewable without scrolling is if you are on the Ad-enhanced Corporate plan. Apparently, if you are on the Advanced plan, the ads may be placed anywhere on the page as long as they are not hidden.

What type of files are you going to be putting up. ??? If they are personal pics and such thats fine; things you made yourself but remember NO copyrighted material unless you have permission.

Your ads view fine for me. It seems that you have something blocking the ads on your end

I am corporate. I did it as you see just below <body> but nothing appears either using Opera or Internet Explorer. I even used a proxy site but yet the same.

They are old comics in arabic which the company stopped publishing years ago and only old used copies are present and even these are rare to get and by the way : There is no such thing as Copyright in Egypt.
Sad truth I know but these things are too expensive for people here in Egypt so it seems that companies themselves don't care. I have never heard of someone in Egypt being sued for such thing.
Almost 99% of Windows Versions used here are copied. Even cybers and computer trade companies use illegal versions.

But morally the same site I get those comics from provides some other publications that have an ongoing companies which hold their copyright.
Those I don't download. I prefer to buy them in paper.

I was only saying so because these may fill up my space. So I don't want it to be taken as file hosting or so.

That is all.

And Should I not care for these ads? You say they view fine but I don't see them.
Should I just type the code in each page and forget the matter?

Thank you.

Fine then.
And fine with the files too.

Just two little more things:

1. Is there an inactivity time for logging in because there are restrictions on computer usage during school time? I mean I may not be able to log in for probably months.

2. What are those credits in the info box?

Thank you.

|you need to login to the forums every 2 weeks to keep active. Just because the copyright does not exist in Egypt, if you put up Copyrighted stuff that is registered in the UK/US Copyright Offices you *could* get suspended for copyright violations (The servers are in the US).

or some visits per months or whatever for the site.
I don't want it to get deleted.

And the Credits ?

You need to login to the forums once every two weeks.

Credits are like our currency. Eventually they will be able to be redeemed for things like domain names etc.

Your site won't expire as long as you follow the terms of service.
