configuring phpBB

Hi, I need some help configuring my phpBB2
what would i enter for these?

Database type:
Database Server Hostname / DSN:
Your Database Name:
Database Username:
Database Password:
Prefix for tables in database:

Database Server Hostname:

localhost

Your Database Name:
Database Username:
Database Password:

In cPanel make yourself database (using wizard if you're new), it gives all information.

Prefix for tables in database:

Recommended: Default, could be anything.
