Confirmation email is not sent

Hello,<br>I've used x10hosting in the past (a year ago or so) and when I now try to access my account again, it says I should confirm my email adres but it is not sending me a confirmation code. I looked in my spam folder and so on. When I click forgot password I do receive a mail with instructions on changing it, so the email adress is fine.<br>I attached a screenshot of my control panel view that tells me to enter the confirmation code.<br>Greetings,<br>Tombana
