Confirmation Email never received

Dear Support,

I am to open a free hosting account at X10hosting.com, but I cannot access my admin panel because I never received the confirmation email with the code I have to enter, despite having asked for a resend numerous times.

I don't know if this message is public or not, so I won't insert my email there, but my account name is o2laprod and the domain (or subdomain I guess) is o2la.elementfx.com.

I would appreciate if you could get back to me soon. If this is not a public area, I can communicate you another email adress for the sending of the confirmation code...
