Confirmation Message

When I signed up, I never received a confirmation message. I attempted to login and it said I needed to enter a confirmation code. I did not have one so I clicked 'resend confirmation code'. I waited about a week and no confirmation code was sent to my email and I checked several times to make sure it was being sent to the correct email.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and how can I fix it? Thanks. :happysad:
