Confused... Hosting/forum account conflict

I've just created an x10Hosting account, for Ad-Free, and browsed the LayerdPanel some. Next, I signed up for a forum account, which I take to be a stupid move.
I used two different passwords between the two, so the two can't both be stolen with one password.
However, right after I signed up in the forum, I returned to the control panel, and I'm getting the Linking page, prompting me to enter in my forum username. I did that, and it says that my username doesn't exist... even though I've got a subdomain, http://deadimp.x10hosting.net/, and I'm posting this message now.

Yeah... So what do I do? I would like to stay with the Ad-Free hosting.


-On a side note-
When I tried to edit /index.php using the control panel, it would clear the file, but the ads would remain.

Hey,

It's an issue with the way we have accounts set up. Since your forum username is the same as your Ad-Free username, it's thinking that you have an Ad-Enhanced account when in reality, you do not. This was an issue that we've known about, but just were not able to add a check into vB for. To resolve this, I can change your forum account's username.

Would you like me to? What would you like your name to be changed to?

Your hosting account will stay the same, this is only for your forum account.
