I am REALLY confused. I req. an unsuspension. Was told that it was done. Tried to get into FTP to put ads, couldn't get in. Went back, it's still suspended. Put in another request, was told to refer to the first unsuspension request thread and post here about my tech prob, only to be told to put in another request, which I had already tried!!! Now my account is suspended, AGAIN AND I can't get into the account to put in the ads. And I reset my pw so many times and never got any confirmation emails, I couldn't get into cpanel or FTP if I were to try. Can someone please help me? I feel like I'm getting the runaround.

It loads fine for me, which shows the account is unsuspended.

THANK YOU! Now I am able to FTP in and was able to put in the new page... funny, I thought the text ad would be for something other than x10 hosting, for other sponsors and such-- it's nice though-- keep it simple!

Your account was unsuspended, that's why you can now access to FTP.
