Hi
I have a website on your free hosting package namely http://stockpedia.x10hosting.com
One of the page of my site which address is http://stockpedia.x10hosting.com/bidprice2.php grabs the data from another remote server and displays it in it's own presentation style. This page works well and speed is also fast all the time except during our local time 1100hr to 1500hr from Sunday to Thursday. i,e. it cannnot connect to the remote server and throws error message as "connect timedout!" or "could not connect to host" during the daytime from 11AM to 15PM local time. After that the page can grabs correctly and no error shows. It occurs everyday except Friday and Saturday. I use cURL to grab the data of remote server and our local time is GMT+6. So the problem arises from 0500hr to 0900hr. Please check the performance during that time excluding Friday and Saturday and compare the difference with rest of the day.
now would you tell me why this connect time out is occuring? Is it happening for free hosting package or due to other reasons? If I will take paid hosting will this problem will be removed? Please tell honestly.
