Connectin Timeout To site

Ok it looks like the site is up and there are no messeges in the announcements But i can't connect to my site

i was doing a web crawl of my forum to grab link addresses and input them into a Txt file for a google sitemap and thats when the site went down was my IP banned beacuse i was crawling my site ?

If you open too many connections to the site the firewall will block you. What is your IP?

I got it taken care of i had my ISP renew my IP Address Thanks for the info tho ill know not to do that again.
