I can't connect to my ftp server nor see my my homepage.
I've downloaded the configuration files from cPanel and running Filezilla at the moment, but still doesn't work.
I also tried going to my url, which doesn't show my homepage at all; "service unavailable" or "this site does not exist".
What's wrong?
