Connection could not be established with SMTP host - Can't send any mail from my website

Hi everyone.

I have the following problem, I installed a Prestashop store and I can’t send any email from my website. I tried it on another hosting and there mails can be send with no problem.

All SMTP parameters are correct.

My email account is managed through Zoho.

The error message I get every time I run the mail sending test is the following:

“Connection could not be established with host smtp.zoho.com :stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to tcp://smtp.zoho.com:587 (Connection refused)”

Since it works in another hosting, it is clear for me that something at hosting config is blocking my mails from been sent.

I use GMAIL to read and send email from the same account I’m ussing without problems.

Hi, sorry I don't understand, I'm already using Zoho to manage my mail, X10 allowed me to configure MX records and even DKIM.

Are you sure its a "must" or just a config issue? Thanks for ur reply.

It is a must. Servers are not allowed to connect to external SMTP servers.
