Connection error to MySQL server

I already created a theme about it. And nobody could help me. I more than am assured that the reason of options of your hosting. Especially already there was a problem at connection to phpMyAdmin which have corrected. I don't manage to be connected to the database server. All scenarios are debugged correctly. Please check up. It is rather amusing. When the script was on the subdomain there was an error:
Access denied for user ' gr****** _test ' ' 10.33.248.75 ' (using password: NO) in/home/*user*/public_html/*subdomain*/index.php on line 7

Now the script is in root and deduces an error: Access denied for user ' gr****** _test ' ' 10.33.248.75 ' (using password: YES)

The database is created also the user is successfully added, judging by the data from cPanel.

In cPanel writes that the user is adhered to a database, but I more than am assured that it there isn't present. Long to me still to wait while you at last will rectify the given error?
