Connection Problem

I can't connect to my website, or C-panel through my pc. I can around my friends just not on my connection. I could yesterday, has something changed? Also can someone post a listof stuff to help, like ports needed etc. Cheers

Then try using a proxy to connect to it. If he can connect from a friends computer, but not his own it's his issue, not ours. Esp. if he could connect in the past, that tells me it's probably not even our firewall stopping it.
