Connection Refused Error

I've been trying to log on to the forum i've setup using my x10 hosting account without much luck. Sometimes I get a connection refused error, sometimes I get a HTTP 500 Internal Server error. Not sure if this is a known issue but I couldn't find anything in the forum or support threads to point at there being issues so thought i'd post a thread.
