Connection refused while connecting cPanel and FTP

My free web host activated and created file in public_html/mydesktop/index.htm but its not opening with the following link screensharing.pcriot.com/mydesktop/index.htm

After sometime again tried to connect cPanel and FTP but not able to connect. Could you please let me know the issue

The website at http://screensharing.pcriot.com/mydesktop/index.htm is loading a an unregistered trial site of some kind that displays a screenshot. If you're still unable to load your website, please try clearing your browser's cache and flushing your DNS as per the instructions given in the wiki links below:
